Effect of VacV on the growth of pathogenic bacterial strain. Disc A is a positive control using Amoxicillin (1 mg ml⁻¹). Disc B and C were indicating two different concentrations of VacV as 15 and 20 µg/disc, respectively. Disc D is 30 μL buffer (100 mM Phosphate, pH 7.5) as a negative control. Clear inhibition zones were observed towards higher concentrations of VacV against different bacterial growth.
