Effects of (A) capillary coatings and (B) number of draw/eject cycles on the IT-SPME of sulfated steroid metabolites. Standard solution containing 1 ng mL⁻¹ each of PREGS, DHEAS, and CRTS and 5 ng mL⁻¹ of E2S were extracted by (A) 25 draw/eject cycles of 40 µL of standard solution at a flow rate of 200 µL min⁻¹, and (B) the indicated number of draw/eject cycles of 40 µL of standard solution on a Supel-Q PLOT capillary at a flow rate of 200 µL min⁻¹.
