Competitive Binding to SARS-CoV-2 RBD. Serial dilutions of each mAb were coated on a 96-well plate prior to incubation with SARS-CoV-2 RBD. Then, either CR3022 (A) or CB6 (B) conjugated to horseradish peroxidase (HRP) were used to detect either overlapping or complementary binding with each individual mAb.
