Measurement of mouse proximal trabecular structures by histology in HU-treated (µg), HU+CNF1-treated (µg + CNF1) and control (1 g) mice. Compared to the control group, H/E bone sections of HU-treated (µg) mouse tibias showed significantly thinner trabecular structures than control (1 g) mice; and administration of CNF1 converted HU-affected trabecular bone formation in HU-CNF1-treated (µg + CNF1) mice.
