The doses examined are predicted to provide plasma concentrations exceeding the protein binding adjusted IC₅₀/IC₉₀ values for all RSV strains under all study conditions. The projected doses are below the maximum allowable FDA-approved dose and have been generally safe and well-tolerated with no significant side effects. BID = two times a day; QD = once a day.
