Nursing home inclusion Nursing homes with >50 residents participated on a voluntary basis and were recruited among all Dutch nursing homes (nursing homes with rehabilitation only were excluded) Nursing homes with one or more psychogeriatric wards were recruited both on individual basis and via academic networks of nursing homes.
