Ratio for A. tumefaciens C58 wild type set to 100% and mutant derivatives expressed as percent wild type. Black bars are the strains harboring the pSRK-Gm vector, light grey bars are expressing pSRK-Gm derivatives with the corresponding gene, and the single dark grey bar is the ΔuppC strain expressing a pSRK-Gm derivative with uppC and uppD.
