Competition between phage-displayed mimotope peptides and DON for binding to immobilized mAB 6F5 in CD-ELISA. Various concentrations of free DON competed with equal volumes of phage-displayed peptides (at a constant concentration) for binding to immobilized mAB 6F5. Bound phage peptide was detected with HRP-conjugated sheep anti-M13 IgG and then measured by absorbance. DON-HRP was included as a positive control.
