RVA, Group A rotavirus.

Samples from Ragusa were collected only from December 2012 to August 2013.

Only three of the six VP7 cluster IIIa rotavirus strains could be submitted to phylogenetic analysis for VP8* due to the limited amount of the original sample and amplified cDNA.
