Cell viability and pro-inflammatory cytokines expression of LPS-induced RAW 264.7 macrophages treated with SL. A Cell viability was assessed using the MTT assay in RAW 264.7 macrophages pretreated with SL (2.5, 5, and 10%) for 1 h and then LPS (0.1 μg/mL) with SL treatment for 24 h. Data has no statistical significance. The mRNA expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines, B IL-6, and C TNF-α, was evaluated using qPCR. Gene expression was normalized with GAPDH.
