Figure 8. — Aerosols generated from Δ⁸THC 36% + VEA 54% + Ter 10% and Nic 5% + menthol 2% are the most bioactive emission. Measured levels of cytokines and chemokines in the supernatant of Calu-3 exposed for 24 h to aerosols generated from different concentrations of Δ⁸THC/VEA or nicotine-based e-liquids at 2 different voltages (3.7 or 5 V) or cigarette smoke, at high dose of 257 puffs/m² (3 months).
