Figure 2. — Lupenone decreased the levels of LEP (A) and HbA_1c (C), increased the ADPN (B) levels, and reduced the excessive oxidative stress in the serum of rats with diabetes. Lupenone decreased the levels of MDA (D) and reduced GSH-PX (F) activity, but has no significantly effect on the SOD (E) activity. Data are presented as means ± SD.
