Of the remaining 40, 12 had a low classifier score, and 28 had no tissue. (B) Outcomes of molecular and immunohistochemical analyses stratified by methylation classification. 1q gain seen only in PFA and ZFTA-fusion and hTERT only in PFA and ZFTA-fusion. In PF tumours, Tenascin-C and H3K27me3 only identified in PFA and PFB respectively. ReLA IHC was not a good marker for ZFTA tumours; five cases of PFA demonstrated RELA positivity. No classification includes tumours with no methylation result for any reason.
