(A) On the basis of the TCGA database, univariate Cox regression showed that CKS2, age, WHO grade, IDH status, TP53, and 1p/19q co-deletion were associated with overall survival (OS). (B) Multivariate analysis showed that CKS2 mRNA expression, age, histological grade, WHO grade, and IDH status were independent prognostic factors for OS in glioma.
