MiR‐124‐3p inhibited BDNF activation of SVZ NSCs after TBI. Immunofluorescence microphotographs of NSCs in the SVZ of CCI rats were taken after they were injected with BDNF, BDNF + agomiR or BDNF + antagomir. The rats were sacrificed 7 days after TBI induction, and Nestin⁺/GFAP⁺ cells (A), DCX⁺ cells, and Ki67⁺ cells (B) were counted. The number of Nestin⁺/GFAP⁺ cells (C), Ki67⁺ cells (D), and DCX⁺ cells (E) was analyzed by Student's t test.
