Nox4 deletion in AT2 cells of mice reduced inflammatory cytokine profile. Nox4 ^fl/fl control mice and Nox4 ^−/− Spc-Cre mice were subjected to NO or HO for 66 h.The BAL fluid collected were subjected to multiplex assays to determine the cytokine profiles.
