Data processing pipeline. First, the data were transformed to radial spokes, then both spoke reordered and original data underwent image reconstruction, motion correction and coregistration to the reference image. General linear model (GLM) analysis was performed for DBS data and independent component analysis (ICA) for burst suppression data to determine the regions of interest (ROIs). Original data were interpolated, and spoke reordered data were averaged before the ROI analysis.
