Groups of female C57Bl/6 mice (N = 4 per group) were administered antigen and TLR agonist(s) to a final volume of 50 μL in PBS per mouse (groups 1–9) or 25 μL in PBS and an equal volume of AddaVax emulsion added (groups 10–18), and administered via the s.c. route (base of tail).
