Zfp281 regulates the 2C-like transition of mESCs. (A) The sgRNA count enrichment from the published negative CRISPR-Cas9 genomic screen (Fu et al., 2019). Zfp281 is one of the top candidates inhibiting the 2C-like transition in the screen.
