(B) In vitro parasite growth-inhibitory activity of polyclonal IgG antibodies generated in rabbits upon immunization with High Five cells derived PfCyRPA. Data are shown as mean ± standard deviation of triplicate wells of a single assay, and are representative of two independent runs. For each IgG preparation a four-parameter sigmoidal dose–response curve was fitted to the relationship between log10 (antibody concentration) and % inhibition and then used to interpolate IC50 values (antibody concentrations giving 50% growth inhibition).
