An 81-year-old man underwent an ¹⁸F-fluorocholine PET/CT for rising PSA after PCa radiotherapy. Multiple left axillary LNs (red circle) with higher uptakes than the mediastinum were observed. The man received the first and second doses of the BNT162b2mRNA (Pfizer-BioNTech) vaccine, respectively, 24 and 3 days before undergoing this PET/CT.
