The univariate analysis shows that age, heart rate, SBP, LVEF, and 6MWD were associated with mortality. Meanwhile, multivariate analysis demonstrated that age ≥ 70 years, SBP > 120 mmHg and 6MWT < 450 m were independent risk factors for 5-year mortality.
