n represents the number of lines within each of the genotype categories. Means ± standard deviations are presented. SD represents the mean of stem diameters (mm) measured at the first, middle, and last internodes at maturity; DTF and DTM represent days to flowering and maturity, respectively; Branch represents number of branches on the main stem; Pod represents number of pods at apical stems; RL represents raceme length in cm. DTF and DTM were measured by a plot. For the other traits, a total of fifteen individual plants per line (five plants by 3 replications) were sampled for phenotyping. Mean values of each trait were obtained by averaging the means of lines within each genotype category; means followed by the same letter were not significantly different from each other at 95% confidence with Fisher's least significant difference (LSD) procedure.
