Optocoder efficiently processes published Slide-Seq and Slide-SeqV2 datasets. The number of matches between optically decoded and Illumina sequenced barcodes is shown for three Slide-Seq and one Slide-SeqV2 puck. In all cases Optocoder outperforms Puckcaller, the script used by the authors in the original publications.
