Public Services This is the most frequent governance model, where an office within Public Services Direction or Secretariat is in charge of maintaining and operating parks and other urban green areas, such as medians, gardens, roundabouts and others. Inter-agency An office (for instance, Sports, Youth, or Environmental Resources) that is in charge of the strategic decisions related to urban green spaces —such as landscaping based on a vegetation palette or defining the activities allowed within the urban green space. Importantly, a different municipality office is in charge of maintenance and some operation decisions. |
