In all experiments cells were incubated 24h at 37℃. Panels C to G show cells treated with 100 µM DNP. See Material and Methods Sections for details. IL-1β, IL-4 and IL-10 gene expressions were normalized with ACTB (Actin Beta) while TNF-a, IL-6 and ARG1 genes were normalized with 36B4 (acidic ribosomal phosphoprotein).
