PET/CT scans of ¹⁸F-FDG (A) and ⁶⁸Ga-FAPI (B) in a 41-year-old patient with lymph node metastasis from salivary gland ductal carcinoma. ¹⁸F-FDG-PET/CT was negative for the primary tumor. On ⁶⁸Ga-FAPI-PET/CT, the right submandibular gland shows strong uptake (B, red arrow; SUVmax = 15.80), whereas the left submandibular gland has low background uptake (SUVmax = 6.87) (black and white arrows indicate lymph node metastases) (44).
