LPS treatment induces pyroptosis in MRC-5 cells. MRC-5 cells were treated with 10 µg/ml LPS for 48 h. (A) Protein expression levels of pro-caspase-1, caspase-1, IL-1β, IL-18 and N-GSDMD in LPS-treated MRC-5 cells were measured using western blotting; three sets of representative blots are shown. (B) Semi-quantification of gene expression normalized to GAPDH. (C) GAS5 mRNA expression levels in LPS-treated MRC-5 cells.
