The ΔLog2FC is calculated based on the result of the transcriptome analysis (^aq < 0.05, ^bq < 0.01, ^cq < 0.001, n  = 5). Additionally, the ΔLog2FC based on the results of the qPCR validation experiment is shown (n  = 10).
