Fecal samples were collected in Westchester County, N.Y.
There was a total of 249 ring-billed gull droppings and 236 Canada goose droppings.
Overall FC concentrations were 3.68 × 108 CFU/g for ring-billed gull droppings and 1.53 × 104 CFU/g for Canada goose droppings.
