Control = individuals with no current or past psychiatric diagnosis, SZ-Spectrum = individuals on the schizophrenia spectrum (i.e., schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, or schizotypal personality disorder [SPD]), High Risk = individuals with subthreshold SPD and relatives of individuals with psychosis, Psychiatric Control = individuals with a non-schizophrenia spectrum diagnosis (e.g., mood, anxiety, or substance).
