Left clavicle fracture. The infant was G4P2 with a gestational age of 41 weeks, forceps delivery, and a birth weight of 3,670 g. The patient was admitted to the hospital 41 h after birth due to jaundice for 6 h. Physical examination revealed asymmetrical clavicles as well as local swelling and bone rubbing on the left side.
