Callus formation. The infant was G1P1, with a gestational age of 39+5 weeks, vaginal delivery, and a birth weight of 3,700 g. The infant was admitted to the hospital on the 7th day after birth due to jaundice. Physical examination revealed local swelling and callus formation on the medial segment of the right clavicle. Ultrasound examination showed interrupted continuity and local bone tissue proliferation forming a callus at this fracture site (within the dashed line).
