NCV was exmined after eight weeks intervention with glycyrrhizin acid in rats. Data are presented as mean±SD,n=6. Statistical analyses are performed by One-way ANOVA. *P<0.05vs. Control group; #P<0.05vs. Diabetic group. Rats of the Control and Diabetic groups received saline for eight weeks via gavage; rats of the Diabetic+GA group received glycyrrhizin acid (150 mg/[kg·day]) for eight weeks via gavage. GA: glycyrrhizin acid; NCV: nerve conduction velocity; MNCV: motor nerve conduction velocity; SNCV: sensory nerve conduction velocity.
