(b) The indicated MV4;11 cells were treated with varying doses of CQ31 before assessing cell viability by CTG and CTF assays. (c) The indicated MV4;11 cells were all treated with VX-765 (50 μM) to prevent pyroptosis. Cells were then co-treated with DMSO (control) or CQ31 (10 μM).
