(b) The indicated MV4;11 cells were treated with CQ31 (16 μM) or VbP (16 μM), incubated for 4 h, and stained with PI. PI uptake was recorded for 12 h. (c) HEK 293T cells were treated with vehicle control (DMSO) or CQ31(10 μM) for 24 h before intracellular metabolites were extracted. Methyl ester and free acid of CQ31 were measured by LC-MS and confirmed against pure standards.
