(A) O₂^•− amount in melanocytes and in WM1552C, WM973, and WM983B melanoma cells was analyzed by flow cytometry using DHE. The NO amount was evaluated by flow cytometry using DAF (B) or by the NO analyzer (C). Values are reported in the bar graphs and expressed as the means ± S.D.
