WM983B melanoma cells were treated (DAHP) or not (NT) for 24, 48, 72 and 96 h with 1, 2 and 4 mM DAHP, and viable cells were evaluated by MTT (A) and for 9 days with 2 and 4 mM DAHP, and the formation of clones was visualized by a clonogenicity assay (B).
