Exemplary DMR recording of haloperidol studied in antagonist mode. Before the addition of quinpirole at a concentration eliciting 80% of the maximal response (30 nM), the cells were incubated with varying concentrations of haloperidol for 30 min. Data were normalised to the maximum wavelength shift induced by 30 nM quinpirole (100%) and a buffer control (0%).
