Competition binding experiments were performed on homogenates of HEK293T CRE Luc hD_2longR cells. β-Arrestin2 recruitment assays were performed using whole HEK293T ELucN-βarr2 hD_2longR-ELucC cells and the DMR measurements were carried out using whole CHO-K1 hD_2longR cells. Data represent means ± SEM from at least three independent experiments, each performed in triplicate.
