MEF2D promotes YAP activation and the proliferation of HCC cells. A. The expression levels of MEF2D, total YAP and phosphorylated YAP in HepG2, Huh7, and PLC/PRF/5 cells were detected by western blot. B. The relative ratios of phosphorylated and total YAP protein were determined in the above HCC cells.
