Pre-BCI, before initiating therapy; earlier Post-BCI, 4th week; later Post-BCI, 8th week; final Post-BCI, 12th week. Changes in PSD values across BCI therapy runs were assessed by repeated-measures ANOVA (N = 17; Bonferroni corrected). BCI intervention did not result in significant modulation of power spectrum in any frequency band.
