(A) Log-transformed ratio of PepSeq Z scores for the SARS-CoV-2 and endemic HCoV homologs (“specificity index”) of IgG reactivity against the FP and SH epitopes, plotted against days post-vaccination. Shown are data points in which reactivity against the focal epitope exceeds the threshold of detection (Z score ≥ 10) (in either the SARS-CoV-2 or the HCoV homologs), and lines connect data points from the same subjects.
