NSD2-PWWP1 domain was immobilized on the flow cell of an CM5 sensor chip in 1x HBS-EP buffer, yielding ~4000 RU. Using buffer with 0.5% DMSO and single cycle kinetics with 60 s contact time and a dissociation time of 120 s at a flow rate of 75 μL/min.
