Effects of increasing concentrations of human IgG anti-IgE and rabbit IgG anti-IgE on HR (A) and the de novo synthesis of LTC₄ (B) and PGD₂ (C) from HLMCs obtained from five different donors. HLMCs were incubated (45 min at 37°C) in the presence of the indicated concentrations of human IgG anti-IgE or rabbit IgG anti-IgE.
