Establishment and verification of the nomogram. (A) The predictive nomogram built in combination with the risk signature and clinical characterization predicted three- and five-year survival rates of patients with CRC. OS and PFS prediction for CRC patients in TCGA data set, and OS and RFS prediction for CRC patients in the GSE39582 data set.
