Schematic illustration of M (A)D@PI-PEG-RGD for enhanced tumor combination therapy. M(A)D@PI-PEG-RGD targets tumor cells through RGD, generates ROS and induces temperature increase through ICG under NIR irradiation. In addition, the acidic microenvironment accelerates the release of DOX by breaking down NH₄HCO₃, which combine chemotherapy, PTT and PDT to enhance the therapeutic effect.
