The ECN treatment marked improved hyperalgesic responses (A, B) when compared to CFA treated group. Similarly, the ECN treatment attenuated the allodynia (C, D) significantly in both acute and chronic models compared to control. The data were represented as the mean ± SD (n = 7). (*) p < 0.05, (**) p < 0.01 and (***) p < 0.001 indicates significant differences from the CFA control group, while (###) means comparison with the CFA treated group
