Pro3-GIP blocked the analgesic and anxiolytic effects of D-Ala2-GIP. Administration of Pro3-GIP prevented the D-Ala2-GIP-induced increases of paw withdrawal threshold and latency in CFA-injected mice (A–D). Pro3-GIP also inhibited the anxiolytic effects of D-Ala2-GIP in OF test (E–H) and EPM test (I–L). n = 8 in each group except for the groups of (C, D) (n = 6).
