Sandfly virus infection inhibits type I IFN signaling. (A) HEK293T cells were infected with SFNV at an MOI of 1, and SFSV at an MOI of 0.1. The next day the cells were treated with IFNα (200 U/ml) for 12 h. The expression of ISGs (ISG15, Mx1, and OAS1) was quantified using qPCR. Shown are representative results from 2 independent experiments performed in triplicates (**P<0.01, ****P<0.0001, one-way ANOVA, Dunnett’s multiple comparisons test).
